Dr. Taylor was born and raised in Chisholm Minnesota. While in school she played volleyball, participated in figure skating and was a barrel racer with her horses. Through participating in these activities, she accumulated several injuries ranging from sprained ankles to chronic shoulder pain which is where she first discovered chiropractic care.
Through Dr. Taylor's studies she has gained a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and neurology. She learned a variety of techniques during numerous hours of hands- on-experience, studying, and seminars. Dr. Taylor uses all of this to create programs that include soft-tissue work, chiropractic adjustments, and specific exercises to help her patients get back to doing what they love. She is also ART (Active Release Technique) Full Body Level 1 Certified so she can better help her patients overcome their injuries.
Dr. Taylor's passions are riding horses, playing volleyball, traveling abroad (17 countries so far), down-time reading and spending time with family, friends, her fiance Dr. Nik, and their cat Luna. She recently completed the requirements for her animal chiropractic certification and is beginning to help our four-legged friends.
